The second line is common spunlace line, machine width is 3.2m, basic weight is 40-150gsm, the third line is woven line, special for making wovens, can be used for MUSLIN EPILATING STRIPS.

Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric

Spunlace: mechanical intertwining of fibers by water jets (also called hydroentanglement). From Cotton, Rayon, Woodpulp, Polyester and so on.

Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric

Spunlaid, also called spunbond, nonwovens are made in one continuous process. Fibers are spun and then directly dispersed into a web by deflectors or can be directed with air streams.
